We are looking for a

Market Access Manager

to join our Market and Hospital Access Department in Espoo, Finland. You’ll work either in our office at Espoo or customer’s office in Helsinki metropolitan area. The position is permanent.

Expert services offers services for the medicine’s entire life cycle, all the way from clinical research services to market access and pharmaceutical logistics, sales and marketing services, medical information and patient support. The Market Access Manager will be responsible for leading various customer projects, such as national price and reimbursement application process’, giving strategic consultation and training of the internal and external customers.

To be successful in this role we expect you to have:

- Relevant Academic Degree (e.g. in Pharmacy)

- Sufficient experience from Market Access, preferably 4-6 years minimum

- Deep understanding of the access decision making process' and Finnish health care structure

- Ability to work in an analytical and strategic manner

- Ability to lead various projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication, negotiation and social skills

- Positive attitude towards continuous improvement and development activities

- Good IT skills e.g. with MS Office and Adobe programs

- Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Swedish is an asset

- Know-how of the Hospital Access or hospital tenders or in Health Economics is an asset.
